At Rocksteady Gaming, we strive to provide high-quality gaming accessories and merchandise. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received to qualify for a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at rocksteadygaming1@outlook.com
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at rocksteadygaming1@outlook.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.
- Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the delivered date.
- We support order cancellation before shipping.
- We accept non-defective remorse returns but will not provide a prepaid shipping label. And you need to pay for the repacking & restocking fees 10% of order price.
- If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return the item in their original packaging, and in the same condition received to qualify for a refund. Please provide at least three photos of the damage of the defect to qualify for a refund. Once all requirements are met, We will provide a return shipping label.
- Delayed in transit/No tracking info.
- If an item is lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund, as the customer wishes. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Destroyed in transit
We will replace or refund-as the customer wishes, only after the damaged item is returned to us and inspected. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
We will re-ship if the retailer agrees to cover the costs of shipping a 2nd time. If not, we will refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Delivered but not received
We will review each situation on a case by case basis. What we will decide depends on the value and size of the item.
